Once you start the application process you will provide your name, address, email, phone number, and how you heard about us. You will then be asked to provide any previous experiences (Management/supervisory, Heavy Machinery/Machine Operator, Skidsteer, and Mechanical) you had that could relate to the sugar beet harvest. It will also ask you to upload your resume. If you are unable to, do not worry you can send it to your Workamper Coordinator when they reach out to you. After it will ask what kind of RV you have. If you do not have one, please fill out N/A for all of the options. Your Workamper Coordinator will communicate work with you to potentially get you into our housing program.
When we receive your application, a Workamper Coordinator will be in contact with you in regard to available positions that match your skills and availability. The Coordinator will continue to be in contact with you every 30-45 days to maintain communication. As it starts nearing your assignment start date the coordinator will then give you a campground assignment and an in-office orientation date and time. During your office orientation, you will finalize your application and receive any additional information.
